Common questions
- Cancel a subscription: subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Export or delete your data: in the app go to Settings → Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
- Report content: use the report option on any character, story or post in the app.
